She's home! Loaded her up this morning and brought her home. Long day, she looks a little "rough".. but one day she'll "shine"!

First Day with the Sunbeam

Today is the first day for the restoration of the Sunbeam. Well actually not the first day.....

this is how it happened.....

Two days ago, I went went onto Craig's List and saw an add for a Sunbeam Alpine Series 3. I looked at it today and made a deal with the owner to buy it. It's beautiful, and in pieces.

There is only a frame, the shell, and whole lot of misc parts. No engine, no transmission, a little rust and a few dents.

I'm going to fully restore it, back to it's glory, and hopefully document it every step of the way.

I hope you enjoy the car as much as I will......
